Redeemer Lutheran School was established to offer quality Christian Education at an affordable price for the families of Las Vegas. Our Staff are dedicated to serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by sharing the word of God with the Children in our program.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

• That God the creator of all things be the focus of our daily lives worshiping and glorifying God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.


• That the children enrolled in our program deserve a loving, nurturing, and a positive learning environment to reach their full potential


• In teaching the whole child socially, physically, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually. Our goal is to offer learning materials that create an excitement for learning. If students enjoy the curriculum they are using, they are more eager to learn and are self-motivated to attempt new educational challenges as they are introduced.


• In developing each child to grow into respectful, caring and honest citizens. Our program is Christ-based, therefore our goal is to walk in the steps of Jesus Christ. We must conduct ourselves with respect for our parents, teachers and fellow students.


• In building a bridge between home and school. You are the child's primary teacher, it is important for our staff to have open communication with you. Our staff is trained, in knowing how children develop and learn, but you are the person who knows your child best. It is important for you and your child's teacher to form a relationship where you feel comfortable discussing your child's education.


• In open communication as a group. We created our Parent Teacher League (PTL) to give us that opportunity. Our P.T.L. meets four times a year to discuss fund raising, parent sponsored events, and fellowship. We desire a family atmosphere for our program and by meeting together and getting to know each other in a social setting can only benefit our children.

SERVICES OFFERED:

• ABC Pre-School and Daycare Center provides before and after-school daycare at no extra cost to the parents during the regular school year.
• ABC Pre-School is a participant of the Child Adult Care Food Program. Children who are present before or after-school are provided with breakfast and an afternoon snack. Redeemer Lutheran School is a participant in the National School Lunch Program and families who qualify may receive hot lunch at free or reduce prices. Families who do not qualify can purchase a hot lunch for $3.00 per meal or purchase a lunch ticket for $15.00 per week. Our food service program is operated as a full service commercial kitchenwith all of our meals prepared on site meeting the meal pattern components of the C.A.C.F.P. & N.S.L.P.
• ABC Pre-School also provides Christmas, Spring Break and Summer Daycare for any child up to the age of 12. Summer Daycare is not included in your school tuition. Families enrolled in our Elementary Program have the first opportunity to reserve a place in our Summer Program before the outside public.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Nevada Department of Education Requires the following:

• Child is five (5) years old on or before September 30^th to begin Kindergarten. Child is six (6) years old on or before September 30^th to begin First Grade.


• Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate


• Copy of the Child's up-to-date shot record


• Physical examination form signed by a health care professional stating that the child has no physical limitations to participate in our program. (We allow 30 days for parents to provide this to our office).


• Registration fee must be paid in full before the student is admitted into the program.


• All registration information must be completed and turned into the office.
